How do I make a complaint about an NHS service? 

If you are an NHS patient with a complaint about an NHS service taking place in our building, you can either speak directly to Tracy James, Healthy Balance Practice Manager, who will try to solve the problem directly, or the you can contact the appropriate NHS department following the links below.  We will direct the you to the appropriate complaints department for your service and are able to provide copies of the leaflets below if requested. The links below explain how to make a complaint about an NHS service:
