Paying for treatment

Self Funded Patients | Paying Privately

There is no long waiting list for patients paying privately. All treatment at the clinic for self-funded patients is available without referral. A patient who is self-funded will need to pay on their appointment day following each appointment. For your convenience we re able to accept cash, Mastercard or Visa. Unfortunately we are unable to accept American Express.

Paying via your health insurance

 

All of our practitioners are registered with all health insurance providers wherever possible. These include but are not limited to AXA PPP, Simply Health, Aviva (previously Norwich Union), Nuffield Health and WPA. 

 

Please contact your health insurance provider in the first instance if you wish for them to pay for your appointment/s. They will give you an authorisation code which you can then give to Reception when booking your appointment. Some health insurance policies may require you to have a GP's referral to use your medical insurance to pay for your appointment(s). 

 

If any MRI or other investigations are required, in order for these to be covered by your medical insurance, you will need a consultant's referral. 

Self Pay (NHS)

 

Self payment is suitable for NHS payments with GP or consultant approval. Please ask your GP for details.
